Our Process

We believe that customizing the experience provides the most unique gourmet events that will
leave your guests talking for years to come.

Contact us via email or phone and our Executive Chef will customize a menu to fit your needs.
Please provide type of event, number of people expected, and approximate time and date. Let us
know any specific food restrictions, any ideas you may have, and an ideal budget. Our event
questionnaire is a great way to outline your catering needs. We will then draw up a draft menu,
including the estimated cost, for you to look over and provide any revisions you would like to see.

After approval of the menu we will then send a final menu along with any rentals requested, our
final bid and the times we will be at the event.

We require a 50% deposit 14 days in advance of the event.

We are a full service catering company and will provide any services you desire. We set up and
break down any equipment that has been requested for the event.
